We make every effort to display accurate product images, colours, stone details, designs and descriptions. Since many of our pieces are handcrafted and photographed under different lighting conditions, slight variations in colour, finish, stone shade or size may occur.

Nature of Our Jewellery

Our products are gold plated, gold coated, Impone, fashion and Panchalogam jewellery. They are not solid gold or certified precious jewellery unless clearly stated. Stones such as kempu, ruby, emerald, zirconia and kuchakal are semi-precious or imitation stones unless mentioned otherwise.

Jewellery Care

To keep your jewellery shining for longer:

• Keep it away from water, perfume, sweat and chemicals
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use
• Store each piece separately in a dry box or pouch

Natural fading of plating over time due to use or exposure is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Returns or exchanges, where applicable, are subject to the conditions specified by Kamali. If a product arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video of the package so we can verify and help you quickly.
